No it does not get around to writing. Albeit belatedly, but still accountable to you for the past 1 year of training. Will refresh the memory of those who know and those who do not know to report that to the beginning of training I Dmitry (at that time 34 years old) had a weight 96 kg with height 176 cm, had quite a large stomach(beer that you want to grow, except that you need!!!). Past experience in sport was almost 15 years ago!!! I want to say that home and family chores, plus work contributed to my physical form. As the result of a fairly sad figures!!!
But one day, delivered the decisive point in idle fraying body and his gradual enfeeblement of. I rushed after the Christmas break in the gym. On these adventures I have told in their posts reports. Anyone interested, please reread. I will be pleased to understand that not in vain tried(though not exactly for nothing, 100%. but I would like to understand that You not in vain). Let me just say that this time I was literally on the wings of happiness flew to the gym, no matter what(work, colds, family problems). This is a special world!!!
So, after a year my weight was 82 kg. I will Not assure You that my form was perfect(there are available some fat stores in the problem areas), but the fact that I was much more aesthetically pleasing, I no longer resemble a sack of potatoes, and passing ladies started to attend, I was strengthened in faith, that I am on the right track!!!
While I will not allow any photos, just no. And there is something else to pant heavily)))
Of the indicators that has been increased:
pulling up to 2 times up to 15-20 times ( when on top form doing with the weights 12 kg, why 12 exactly, and weighs as much my daughter 2 years)
push-UPS , from 20 times to 60 times (the same principle of weights),
squat went from simple sit-UPS ( 20 times) squat with a barbell 100 kg 20 times for 5 sets,
press 2 times on 40 kg 10 reps 100 kg 3 approaches.
deadlifts 2 times for 40 kg, 10 times for 90 -100 kg in 3 approaches.
These figures are certainly not world class, but I assure You for me they are achievement of the decade(mine), and given that few such can of my old friends.... actually gave me faith that we should not stop there.
So my dear reader I will continue my research in the world of bodybuilding with his own eyes the newcomer. And if my experience will be useful to you, I will be pleased to realize that this will spur me to another test!!!
